Die Fantastischen Vier ‎– Die 4. Dimension (Vinyl LP) Limited Edition 1993

Die Fantastischen Vier – Die 4. Dimension is the third studio album by the Stuttgart hip hop group, released on November 8, 1993 on Columbia (cat. no. 474895 1). It was produced by And.Ypsilon, co-produced by Hausmarke and Klaus Scharff. The record sounds more psychedelic and electronic than its predecessors; "Tag am Meer" became its best-known song, and the title track is built on Peter Thomas' "Orion 2000" from the Raumpatrouille score. The album reached No. 14 in Germany. This copy is the 1993 German original pressing, a limited numbered edition (No. 0316) with original inner sleeve.

FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes. It is the 1993 German first edition on Columbia, limited to 10,000 numbered copies. Reissues have appeared since 2019.

Why are the interludes missing from the LP?
The CD has 16 tracks, including four short interludes ("Weiter weg", "Noch weiter weg", "Ganz weit weg", "Weg"). The original LP has only the twelve songs.

What does Media VG+ / Cover VG+ mean?
VG+ (Very Good Plus) means light wear with little effect on overall appearance. In our view the record itself is rather better than VG+. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Die Fantastischen Vier records?
Yes, for example the Die 4. Dimension reissue (2019), Jetzt Geht's Ab!, Fornika and Unplugged.
