FAQ

What speed do 7" singles play at?
Most 7" singles play at 45 rpm. Some pressings, especially EPs, are cut at 33⅓ rpm – the speed is usually printed on the label.

Do I need an adapter for the large centre hole?
Singles with a large centre hole, as used mainly in jukeboxes, need a single puck (adapter) for the turntable. Singles with a small hole fit any turntable directly.

How do you grade the condition?
Every single is checked by hand and graded to the Goldmine standard, with vinyl (media) and sleeve (cover) graded separately. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Are the images photos of the actual single?
Yes. We scan every record ourselves. You get exactly the copy shown.
