Monster Movie (1969) is Can's debut album and one of the founding documents of Krautrock. Recorded with original vocalist Malcolm Mooney, it captures the band at their most raw and hypnotic - a relentless collision of rock, free jazz, and avant-garde experimentation. The extended "You Doo Right" (cut from a six-hour improvisation) remains one of the genre's defining tracks. This is the rare first German pressing on Liberty.
