"Mantra For A State Of Mind" is a hypnotic house track from S'Express, the UK act led by Mark Moore that scored a massive hit with "Theme From S-Express" in 1988. Released in 1989 on Rhythm King / Rough Trade, this German pressing captures the act at the height of the late-80s house explosion - blending acid house grooves with a meditative, spiritual edge that set it apart from the dancefloor crowd.
