Frankie Crocker was one of the most influential radio DJs in New York City history, and this 1977 Casablanca release captures his musical vision in full: a lush, orchestrated blend of Funk, Soul, and Disco that mirrors the sound he championed on WBLS. Produced at the height of the disco era, the album is a snapshot of New York's dancefloor culture and Crocker's larger-than-life persona. A rare find for collectors of 70s Funk and Disco.
