Marillion's commercial and artistic peak, Misplaced Childhood is a seamless concept album that remains one of the finest achievements in neo-progressive rock. Released in 1985, it features the UK hit singles "Kayleigh" and "Lavender" alongside the epic suite that makes up the album's second side. Fish's deeply personal lyrics and the band's lush, cinematic sound make this an essential record. This EU original EMI Electrola pressing in gatefold is a highly desirable collector's piece.
