Motherhood (1970) is the debut album from Doldinger's Motherhood, Klaus Doldinger's psychedelic jazz-rock project predating his better-known Passport band. Released on Liberty as a Gatefold original, it captures Doldinger at his most adventurous - blending heavy psychedelic rock with jazz improvisation and progressive structures in a way that was genuinely ahead of its time. A rare and highly sought-after piece for collectors of early German jazz-rock and Krautrock.
