Elvis Presley – A Portrait In Music (Vinyl LP | Germany | 1970 | Gatefold)

Elvis Presley – A Portrait In Music is a German RCA compilation gathering twelve hits from 1956 to 1968: from the rock & roll of "Hound Dog" and "Jailhouse Rock" through the ballads "It's Now Or Never" and "Are You Lonesome Tonight?" to the late Jerry Reed songs "Guitar Man" and "U.S. Male". It also includes "Wooden Heart (Muß i denn …)", in which Elvis sings partly in German. The LP is regarded as one of RCA's most successful Elvis compilations. This copy is the 1970 German stereo edition on RCA Victor (SRS 558) in a gatefold sleeve.
