FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes. It is the 1984 UK first edition on Heavy Metal Records (HMR LP 16), pressed by EMI. No later vinyl reissue is known.

Is this pure heavy metal?
Not quite. Heavy Metal Records was part of the NWOBHM scene, but Force sound noticeably more melodic, with keyboards and catchy choruses; stylistically the record is closer to hard rock and AOR.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) means close to new with at most minimal signs of use. VG+ (Very Good Plus) means light signs of use that hardly affect the overall impression. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more records in this style?
Yes, for example Saxon – Rock The Nations by one of the best-known NWOBHM bands. More titles are in our Metal collection.
