FAQ

What does DMM mean?
DMM stands for Direct Metal Mastering. The groove is cut directly into a copper disc instead of a lacquer, which removes one step in making the pressing stampers.

Is this the original pressing?
No. The original was released in the US in 1967. This copy is a 1985 French reissue, remastered using DMM, with the same catalogue number BST 84243.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) means the record is close to new with at most minimal signs of play. VG+ (Very Good Plus) means the sleeve shows light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Lee Morgan records?
Yes, for example the Lee Morgan – Memorial Album. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
