Malcolm McLaren And The World's Famous Supreme Team - Buffalo Gals (Vinyl 12" Maxi-Single | DE Original | 1982)

Malcolm McLaren And The World's Famous Supreme Team – Buffalo Gals is a 12" single by former Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren, released on November 19, 1982 on Charisma and later included on the album Duck Rock (1983). Produced by Trevor Horn, who built the beat with a Fairlight and Oberheim drum machines, the track combines square dance calls with scratching by New York radio DJs The World's Famous Supreme Team. McLaren got the idea after attending a block party by Afrika Bambaataa and the Universal Zulu Nation; the single reached No. 9 in the UK. This copy is the 1982 German first pressing on Charisma (6400 732) with three versions.
