Description

Astor Piazzolla Y Su Quinteto Tango Nuevo – Tango: Zero Hour / Nuevo Tango: Hora Zero is the first of Piazzolla's albums for the American Clavé label, released in 1986 (cat. no. AMCL 1013). It was recorded and mixed in May 1986 at Sound Ideas Studios in New York, produced by Kip Hanrahan and engineered by Jon Fausty. Piazzolla himself called it the greatest record he had made in his entire life. Alongside newer pieces such as "Tanguedia III" it contains new versions of "Milonga Del Angel" and "Michelangelo '70". This copy is the 1986 German original pressing.
