"This Wreckage" is a brooding, atmospheric single from Gary Numan, released in November 1980 from his album Telekon. One of the defining figures of the synth-pop and new wave movement, Numan's cold, mechanical sound and dystopian lyrical themes made him one of the most distinctive voices of the early 1980s electronic scene. This Dutch original pressing on Beggars Banquet is a solid collector's piece from the peak of Numan's creative output.
