Description
Freddie McGregor – Just Don't Want To Be Lonely is a 12" maxi single by Jamaican singer Freddie McGregor, here in the 1987 German edition on Transparent (cat. no. 80 2065-1). Born in Clarendon in 1956, McGregor sang for Studio One as a child with the Clarendonians and founded his own Big Ship label in 1983. His lovers rock version of the soul song by Bobby Eli, John Freeman and Vinnie Barrett became a UK top 10 hit in 1987 (No. 9).
