Released in 1974, Relayer is one of Yes's most ambitious and uncompromising albums - a prog rock statement that pushes the band's technical and compositional boundaries to their limits. Featuring Patrick Moraz on keyboards in place of Rick Wakeman, the album is dominated by the epic side-long suite "The Gates of Delirium", inspired by Tolstoy's War and Peace. A landmark of the progressive rock canon in a superb German Atlantic original pressing.
