How quickly will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship all items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that minor delays may occur during peak times or with a high volume of orders. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, that's no problem! During the ordering process, you have the option to specify a different delivery address or a DHL Packstation. This ensures your order arrives exactly where you need it.

How much are the shipping costs?

For deliveries within Germany, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99, regardless of the weight of your shipment. And the best part: Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €99!

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at info@devinylhunter.de . Please include your order and/or customer number and 2-3 descriptive photos of the damaged item in your message. We will then take care of a solution as quickly as possible.

How does a return work in case of cancellation?
