Released in 1986, Grenade is the debut album by British electronic and industrial act The Cassandra Complex, released on the German cult label Normal Records. Blending cold wave electronics, driving rhythms, and post-punk guitar textures, the album is a defining document of the mid-80s European industrial and EBM underground. Rodney Orpheus's commanding vocals and the band's relentless sonic intensity make Grenade a landmark of the genre - and this German Original pressing is a rare and highly collectible find.
