FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes, it is the UK/European first edition on CBS with catalogue number 450151 1 from the 1986 release year.

Why does the line-up change on every track?
Marsalis put together a separate quartet for each piece, so you hear him with pianists from his father Ellis to Herbie Hancock and with different rhythm sections.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) means the record is close to new with at most minimal signs of play. VG+ (Very Good Plus) means the sleeve shows light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Branford Marsalis records?
Yes, for example his debut Branford Marsalis – Scenes In The City and Branford Marsalis – Romances For Saxophone. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
