DAF – 1st Step To Heaven (Gold Vinyl LP | EU Reissue | 2022)

DAF – 1st Step To Heaven is the album with which Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft returned in 1986, four years after “Für immer”. Gabi Delgado-López and Robert Görl recorded it in 1985/86 at Hartmann Digital Studio and produced it themselves; the original came out on Dean Records via Ariola. Compared with their early EBM records it sounds more melodic and danceable; the single “Voulez Vous Coucher Avec Moi” reached number 47 in Germany and “Brothers” number 23 in Belgium. This copy is the limited 2022 Music On Vinyl reissue on gold 180g vinyl with insert, limited to 1,000 numbered copies, new and factory sealed.
