Released in 1993 on EastWest Records, Straight Up Sewaside is the debut album from Brooklyn duo Das EFX — Skoob and Dray — and one of the most distinctive records to emerge from the golden era of East Coast Hip Hop. Known for their rapid-fire, iggedy-style rhyme flow, the duo created a sound that was immediately imitated but never duplicated. Standout tracks include They Want EFX, Mic Checka, and Looseys. This Music On Vinyl reissue presents the album on 180g silver vinyl, limited to just 2000 numbered copies — a must for any serious Hip Hop collection.
