Description
Infinite Sound – Contemporary African-Amerikan Music is the only album by the San Francisco Bay Area trio Infinite Sound, released in 1975 on the Berkeley label 1750 Arch Records (cat. no. S1755). It was recorded in November 1974 in the label's own studio at 1750 Arch Street in Berkeley. Roland Young plays clarinet, bass clarinet, alto and soprano saxophone, Glenn Howell plays string bass and Aisha Kahlil sings; all three also play percussion. The six pieces were developed together by the group and range from free, open forms to African-influenced rhythms. This copy is the 1975 US original pressing with its original inner sleeve.

What is 1750 Arch Records?
