The Bluebells were a Glasgow-based band who brought a jangly, folk-tinged sound to the British indie scene of the early 1980s. "I'm Falling" is a breezy, melodic single that captures the band at their most charming - bright acoustic guitars, warm harmonies, and an effortless pop sensibility that set them apart from their post-punk contemporaries. This German original pressing on Metronome is a neat piece of 1980s indie-pop history.
