Description
Veit Marvos – Nice To See You is an album by arranger Veit Marvos, released in Germany in 1972 on Ariola (cat. no. 86 673 IT). Its eight tracks move between jazz-rock, funk and soul, with horn charts partly arranged by Peter Trunk. Curt Cress and Ringo Funk play drums, and Dieter Dierks recorded and mixed it. Today the record is sought after by collectors of early-70s German jazz-funk. This copy is a German Ariola pressing with a cut-out hole in the sleeve.

FAQ
What does CO / cut-out hole mean?
Records that retailers sold off cheaply as remainders were marked with a punched hole or notch. The hole is only in the sleeve; the record itself is not affected.
Is this an original pressing?
The catalogue number Ariola 86 673 IT matches the 1972 German edition. We are not aware of a later German reissue with a different number.
What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) for the record means close to new with at most minimal signs of use. VG+ (Very Good Plus) for the sleeve means light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.
Do you have more Veit Marvos records?
Not at the moment. Similar records are in our Jazz-Rock and Soul & Funk collections.
