E.F. Band – One Night Stand is the third and final studio album by Swedish heavy metal band E.F. Band from Gothenburg, whose name comes from founders Pär Ericsson and Bengt Fischer. It was recorded in January 1985 at Vivaldi Studio in Mölndal and mixed in June 1985 at ACE Studio in Antwerp, produced and engineered by Jos Kloek. It was released in 1985 on Belgian label Mausoleum Records (cat. no. SKULL 8372). On guitar is Anders Allhage, later known as Andy LaRocque of King Diamond. This copy is the 1985 Belgian original pressing.

FAQ

Is this a live album?
No. Despite the title, One Night Stand is a studio album, recorded at Vivaldi Studio in Mölndal, Sweden, in January 1985. A live album by the band only appeared in 2005 ("Live at the Mudd Club in Gothenburg 1983").

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) for the record means close to new with at most minimal signs of use. VG+ (Very Good Plus) for the sleeve means light signs of use, overall in good shape. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Is this the original pressing?
Yes, it is the 1985 Belgian first issue on Mausoleum Records (SKULL 8372). A CD reissue followed in 1994.
