U2’s second album October (1981) is one of the band’s most intimate and spiritually charged records – recorded under intense pressure with Bono and The Edge grappling with questions of faith and identity. Produced by Steve Lillywhite, it features the soaring Gloria and the reflective title track October. This 2019 reissue on heavyweight 180g cream vinyl is a beautiful collector’s piece from the early U2 catalogue.
