FAQ

Is this the original 1972 recording?
The record itself does not say. The song first came out in 1972 as a 7" on Studio One; this UK Success 12" names neither producer nor recording year.

Who is Leroy Sibbles?
The lead singer and songwriter of The Heptones, one of Jamaica's great harmony groups. At Studio One he also played bass in the studio band Sound Dimension.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) means the record is close to new with at most minimal signs of play. VG+ (Very Good Plus) means the sleeve shows light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Heptones records?
Yes, for example The Heptones – Better Days and The Heptones – In A Dancehall Style. More titles are in our Reggae, Ska & Dub collection.
