"Droid" by Mito is a rare and sought-after slice of early German Italo-Disco, released in 1983 on the obscure Rush Records label (catalogue number RR 1001). With its driving synth bassline, robotic vocoder elements and dancefloor-ready groove, it captures the raw energy of the genre at its most exciting. A genuine rarity for collectors of early 80s Italo-Disco and European Electronic music — original pressings on Rush Records are extremely hard to find.
