"Kyrie" is Mr. Mister's signature track and one of the defining anthems of mid-80s Pop Rock — a US Billboard Hot 100 #1 hit from their landmark album "Welcome to the Real World" (1985). Built around a soaring melodic hook and the Greek liturgical phrase "Kyrie eleison" (Lord, have mercy), the song blends AOR craftsmanship with a spiritual depth rarely found in mainstream pop. Richard Page's vocals and Steve Farris's guitar work make this an enduring classic. This EU Original 12" Maxi pressing on RCA is the extended version — a must for any serious 80s Rock or AOR collection.
