Released in 1990, Mariah Carey is the debut studio album of one of the best-selling artists of all time. Produced largely by Narada Michael Walden and Walter Afanasieff, the album launched Carey into superstardom with four consecutive US #1 singles. Standout tracks include "Vision of Love", "Love Takes Time", and "Someday" – each a showcase for her extraordinary five-octave vocal range. This EU original pressing on CBS captures the warmth and intimacy of a landmark debut.
