The Fall – The Light User Syndrome is a studio album by Manchester post-punk band The Fall, led by Mark E. Smith, released in June 1996 on Jet Records. It was recorded in 1995/96 at The Dairy in London and produced by Mike Bennett and Mark E. Smith. It is the last album with guitarist Brix Smith during her second spell in the band and, besides original songs, includes covers of Johnny Paycheck’s “Stay Away (Old White Train)” and Gene Pitney’s “Last Chance To Turn Around”. This copy is the 2023 Music On Vinyl reissue as a double LP on silver vinyl, limited to 1,000 numbered copies, new and factory sealed.
