Following the orchestral grandeur of The Lexicon Of Love, ABC took a bold turn with Beauty Stab (1983) – stripping back the strings in favour of a harder, guitar-driven rock sound. Produced by Gary Langan, the album divided critics at the time but has since gained a devoted following for its raw energy and Martin Fry’s sharp lyricism. This French original pressing features the iconic silver metallic cover and comes with the original inner sleeve.

FR Original Pressing – Vertigo, 1983
