FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes. This is the 1976 Dutch first edition on Timeless Records, cat. no. SJP 101. Dutch pressings also exist with a front cover lacking the musicians' names at the top.

What is Eastern Rebellion?
It became the name of the group around Cedar Walton, Sam Jones and Billy Higgins after this album; the horn players changed on later records, e.g. Bob Berg and Curtis Fuller on "Eastern Rebellion 3".

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) for the record means close to new with at most minimal signs of use. VG+ (Very Good Plus) for the sleeve means light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Cedar Walton or George Coleman records?
Yes, for example Eastern Rebellion 3 or George Coleman – Amsterdam After Dark, also on Timeless. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
