FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes, it is the 1981 German first edition on ECM with catalogue number ECM 1187.

What is special about the line-up?
Instead of bass and saxophone you hear oboe and cor anglais next to Kenny Wheeler's flugelhorn, which gives the music a chamber-like sound between jazz and contemporary music.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) means the record is close to new with at most minimal signs of play. VG+ (Very Good Plus) means the sleeve shows light wear, here a slightly bent corner. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more ECM records with Kenny Wheeler?
Yes, for example Kenny Wheeler – Gnu High and Kenny Wheeler – Double, Double You. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
