Twinkle – Breaking Down The Barriers is a 12" maxi single by the Twinkle Brothers on their own Twinkle Music label (cat. no. NG 0250), released in 1987. The name stands for Norman Grant, who founded the Twinkle Brothers with his brother Ralston in Falmouth, Jamaica, in 1962 and carried on in England after the band's Virgin deal ended in the early 1980s; he produced and arranged the single himself. The title song opens the album of the same name, and the B-side carries the dub version. This copy is a 1987 UK original pressing.
