FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes. This is the 1969 German first edition on Vogue Schallplatten (LDVS 17164) in a gatefold sleeve. In the UK the album appeared in 1970 under the title Foot Patting.

Is this a live recording or a double LP?
Neither. It is a single LP of studio recordings, made in one day in August 1968 in Cologne.

What does Media NM- to VG+ / Cover VG+ mean?
The record sits between NM- (close to new) and VG+ (light signs of play that barely affect listening). VG+ for the sleeve means light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Johnny Griffin records?
Yes, for example Johnny Griffin – You Leave Me Breathless. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
