"The World By Storm" is the second studio album by Leeds post-punk trio The Three Johns, released in 1986 on Abstract Records. Combining abrasive guitar work with drum machine rhythms and politically charged, sardonic lyrics, the band carved out a unique niche in the mid-80s British underground. Championed by John Peel and beloved by fans of the era's more angular, confrontational indie sound, this UK original is a genuine cult item.
