FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
No. The original was released by Savoy in the US in 1963 as "Archie Shepp – Bill Dixon Quartet". This is the French licensed edition on BYG, titled "Peace", with a different running order.

What does cut-out hole mean?
Cut-outs are surplus stock marked by the label or a dealer, here with a small hole punched into the cover. The record itself is not affected.

What does Media VG+ / Cover VG mean?
VG+ (Very Good Plus) for the record means light signs of use that hardly affect playback. VG (Very Good) for the sleeve means clear signs of wear such as edge or corner wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Archie Shepp records?
Yes, for example another copy of Archie Shepp / Bill Dixon – Peace, plus Archie Shepp – Yasmina, A Black Woman and Archie Shepp – I Know About The Life. More titles are in our Jazz collection.
