FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
No. The original was released by Savoy in the US in 1963 as "Archie Shepp – Bill Dixon Quartet". This record is the 1970 French licensed edition on BYG, titled "Peace" and with a different running order.

What does Media "side 1 NM-, side 2 VG+ or better" / Cover VG+ mean?
Side 1 is close to new (NM-, Near Mint minus); side 2 shows at most light signs of use (VG+, Very Good Plus) and is rather better. The sleeve shows light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Archie Shepp records?
