Kraftwerk – Ralf & Florian (Vinyl LP | DE Original | 1973)

Kraftwerk – Ralf & Florian is Kraftwerk's third studio album, released by Philips in October 1973 (cat. no. 6305 197). Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider recorded it as a duo in 1973, at their own studio in Düsseldorf, at Cornet and Rhenus studios in Cologne and at Studio 70 in Munich, with Conny Plank as engineer. It is the last album before "Autobahn" (1974) and marks the move from the early experiments towards their later electronic pop. This copy is the 1973 German original pressing with Emil Schult's Musicomix poster.

FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes. This is the 1973 German Philips first issue with catalogue number 6305 197. Later editions included a 1975 Philips reissue.

What is the Musicomix poster?
Early copies came with a poster of cartoons by Emil Schult. The drawings illustrate each track and the city of Düsseldorf, with the line "In Düsseldorf am Rhein, klingt es bald!". This copy includes the poster.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) means the record is close to new with at most minimal signs of play. VG+ (Very Good Plus) means the sleeve shows light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Kraftwerk records?
Yes, for example Kraftwerk – Ralf & Florian (DE Reissue 1975), Kraftwerk – Doppelalbum or Kraftwerk – The Man-Machine. More titles are in our Electronic collection.
