Bob Marley & The Wailers – Catch A Fire is the Wailers' first album for Island Records, released on April 13, 1973. It was recorded between May and October 1972 at Dynamic Sound, Harry J's and Randy's in Kingston; Chris Blackwell then reworked the tapes at Island Studios in London, adding among other things guitar overdubs by Wayne Perkins. It was produced by Bob Marley and Chris Blackwell, and it made the Wailers known outside Jamaica. This copy is the 2015 European reissue on Tuff Gong / Island from the "Back To Black" series, remastered on 180g vinyl, new and factory sealed.
