Молчат Дома = Molchat Doma ‎– Этажи = Etazhi (Coke Bottle Clear Vinyl LP)

Molchat Doma – Etazhi (“Этажи”, “Floors”) is the second album by Minsk post-punk trio Molchat Doma, originally released on September 7, 2018 on German label Detriti Records. It was recorded in Minsk in 2017/18 and produced by guitarist Roman Komogortsev. Cold drum machines, synthesizers and Egor Shkutko’s deep vocals recall Soviet post-punk and cold wave; “Sudno (Boris Ryzhy)”, a setting of a poem by Boris Ryzhy, became a viral hit online. After the band signed to Sacred Bones Records in 2020, the album was reissued there. This copy is the limited 2021 US reissue on Coke Bottle Clear vinyl with download card, new and factory sealed.
