FAQ

What does “New & factory sealed” mean?
The record is unplayed and still in the manufacturer’s original shrink wrap, so it carries no Goldmine grade.

Is this the original pressing?
No. The original came out on ATCO in 1987. This record is the limited Record Store Day 2022 reissue from Listenable Records (cat. no. POSH470) on red vinyl. The EU original pressing is here: Manowar – Fighting The World (EU original 1987).

Who speaks on “Defender”?
The narration is by actor and director Orson Welles. He had already narrated “Dark Avenger” on Manowar’s debut “Battle Hymns” (1982).

Do you have more Manowar records?
Yes, for example Manowar – Fighting The World (blue vinyl, 2024), Manowar – Kings Of Metal (EU original 1988) and Manowar – Battle Hymns (EU original 1982). More titles are in our Metal collection.
