Description
Miles Davis – Music From Siesta is the soundtrack to the 1987 feature film Siesta, released jointly by Miles Davis and Marcus Miller on Warner Bros. (cat. no. 925 655-1). It was recorded in January and February 1987 at Sigma Sound Studios in New York and Amigo Studio in North Hollywood, produced by Marcus Miller, who wrote almost all the pieces and played most of the instruments. The Spanish-tinged themes recall Davis's work with Gil Evans on Sketches Of Spain. This copy is the 1987 European original pressing with original inner sleeve.
