FAQ

What is the difference between folk and folk rock?
Folk is traditionally played acoustically – guitar, vocals, often banjo, mandolin or fiddle. Folk rock emerged in the mid-60s, when artists such as The Byrds and Bob Dylan combined folk songs with electric guitar, bass and drums.

How do you grade the condition?
Every used record is checked by hand and graded to the Goldmine standard, with vinyl (media) and sleeve (cover) graded separately. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Are the images photos of the actual record?
Yes. We scan every record ourselves – used and new. For used records you get exactly the copy shown.
