Frequently asked questions about buying vinyl

Everything you need to know about condition, shipping, returns and selling records at Devinylhunter-Records.

How do you grade used records?

Every used record is checked by hand and graded to the Goldmine standard, with the vinyl (media) and the sleeve (cover) graded separately, e.g. Media NM- / Cover VG+. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Are the product photos of the actual record?

Yes. We scan every record we list ourselves – used and new. For used records you get exactly the copy shown; new records are factory sealed.

How fast do you ship and what does shipping cost?

Orders are shipped with DHL within 1–2 business days after payment. Shipping within Germany costs €5.50 regardless of weight and is free from €99. Rates for other countries are listed under Shipping Information.

Can I return a record?

Yes. Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer. All details are in our cancellation policy.

Do you buy records?

Yes – from single rarities to complete collections. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or the form on our record buying page and you will get a fair, non-binding offer.
