Chic – Chic (Vinyl LP | UK Original | 1978)

Chic – Chic is the self-titled 1978 debut of the disco outfit led by Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards. Recorded at Electric Lady Studios in New York, the record laid the foundation for the classic Chic sound: tight funk grooves, lush strings and hooks that land instantly. It features the dancefloor anthems “Dance, Dance, Dance (Yowsah, Yowsah, Yowsah)” and “Everybody Dance”.

On offer is the 1978 UK original pressing on Atlantic (K 50441) in stereo.
