Description

Roger McGuinn – Back From Rio is a solo album by Byrds founder Roger McGuinn, released in January 1991 on Arista (in Europe in February 1991 with different artwork). FAQ

Is this the original pressing?
Yes, this is the 1991 European first issue (Arista 211 348), pressed by Sonopress. The European edition has different cover art from the US version.

What is the "Back From Rio Interlude"?
A short piece of about twelve seconds after "Your Love Is A Gold Mine", written by McGuinn, Tom Petty and Jeff Lynne. On the European LP it is listed only on the printed inner sleeve.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) means the record is close to new. VG+ (Very Good Plus) means the sleeve shows light wear. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Roger McGuinn records?
From The Byrds we have The Byrds – Featuring "Mr. Tambourine Man", and from Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers for example Into The Great Wide Open. More titles are in our Pop Rock collection.
