David Sylvian + Holger Czukay - Plight & Premonition (Vinyl LP)

David Sylvian + Holger Czukay – Plight & Premonition is the first collaboration between the former Japan singer and the Can bassist, recorded in 1986/87 at Can Studio in Cologne. Two long, side-long pieces built from piano, harmonium, radio fragments and sound textures create a dense ambient atmosphere. A record for late hours and open ears.
