Description

Jürgen Pluta – Blanche is the first solo album by bassist Jürgen Pluta, released in July 1980 on Rocktopus, a Hansa/Ariola label (cat. no. 202 810-320). It was recorded in winter 1979 at Procom Studio in Kirchhellen near Bottrop. Pluta composed, arranged and produced all tracks and plays almost every instrument himself, with Fritz Fey on guitar and Rolf Eggemann on drums. From 1973 Pluta had been the bassist of krautrock band Wallenstein; on "Blanche" he turns to instrumental, melodic synthesizer music. This copy is the 1980 German original pressing.
