FAQ

Is this a reissue?
The recordings date from 1969, but the compilation The Memphis Record was first released in 1987. This German edition PL 86221 (2) is from that year.

How does it differ from “From Elvis In Memphis”?
From Elvis In Memphis (1969) was the original album from these sessions. The Memphis Record gathers tracks from that album, the singles and other releases from the sessions on two LPs, some in different mixes.

What does Media NM- / Cover VG+ mean?
NM- (Near Mint minus) means the record is close to new with at most minimal signs of play. VG+ (Very Good Plus) means light signs of use that hardly affect playback or overall appearance. All grades are explained on our Vinyl Grading page.

Do you have more Elvis Presley records?
Yes, for example Elvis Presley – From Elvis In Memphis (DE), Elvis Presley – From Elvis In Memphis (UK 1978) or Elvis Presley – Elvis' Gold Records Volume 5. More titles are in our Beat / Rock ’n’ Roll collection.
